WHAT IS STEPWORKS ?
Stepworks Addiction Resources is a licensed facility for the treatment of alcohol and chemical dependency disorders.  Located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, we offer comprehensive care including detoxification, 30-day residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), individual counseling, and sober living environments (Halfway houses).

We accept dually diagnosed clients (eg: bipolar disorders, schizophrenia) as well as court-ordered clients. Stepworks is located in the historic 9,000 sqft Helm mansion. We are not a locked facility. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day.
